If you paid in full…
Your paperwork has been passed to our Despatch and Tutor Management teams who will allocate your tutor and send you your course pack. Your course pack and tutor details will arrive by courier, DPD. Once your course materials have been collected from our premises, DPD will email or text you details of the delivery. Please pay careful attention to their communications, as someone will need to be available to sign for your course(s).
If you paid using the easy payment scheme…
Your paperwork has gone into today’s post and should be with you shortly. You will need to return the Standing Order Form and one copy of the Enrolment Form in the prepaid envelope provided. Once our finance team have checked your Standing Order Form, your paperwork will be passed to our Despatch and Tutor Management teams who will allocate your tutor and send you your course pack. Your course pack and tutor details will arrive by courier, DPD. Once your course materials have been collected from our premises, DPD will email or text you details of the delivery. Please pay careful attention to their communications, as someone will need to be available to sign for your course(s).
