First Result of the Day

Today is A level results day and the first result that we have had is great news for the Oxford Open Learning office team.

One of our Student Advisers, Lee Woodward has been studying English Literature A level via our distance learning course and he has been awarded a fantastic grade A.

Lee studied the A level over two years while working full time as a Student Adviser at our Oxford office. He got a high B at AS level and then a great piece of A2 coursework and a strong written exam at A2 gave him an overall grade A.

As well as being great news for Lee, this result is also good news for our students as it gives Lee a unique opportunity to provide advice from his perspective as a successful distance learner as well as a Student Adviser.

Well done Lee and hopefully this result will only be the first of many this year.
