Oxford Open Learning has a team of Student Advisers who are here just to help you.

When you first contact us you will be allocated a personal Student Adviser. He or she will ensure that you are given the best possible advice prior to you starting your course, and will offer further support throughout your programme of study, whenever you need it.

The Oxford Open Learning Student Advice team can be contacted on 0800 9 75 75 75 from 9am to 7.45pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.45pm on Fridays.  Your call is free. Alternatively, you can send us an email, and one of our advisers will get in touch with you.
