Distance Learning GCSE Psychology - The Course
Each lesson of the GCSE Psychology course begins with a set of clearly stated objectives and an explanation of its place in the overall programme of study.

There are eight tutor-marked assignments, including one practice exam paper. No previous knowledge of the subject is assumed or required.

The Syllabus
Our GCSE Psychology courses prepare students for AQA syllabus 3181, leading to exams in 2010, or for AQA syllabus 4180 in 2011 and later years. In 2010, there is a single written exam (80%) and coursework (20%), while in 2011 and later years, there are two written exams (50% each). We have chosen these specifications as they are the ones best suited to home learning.
Coursework (2010 only)
Distance Learning students are required to submit a report of about 1000 words on a practical investigation. Guidance is given in the course. No coursework is required in 2011.
