School of Educational Administrators

“I am enjoying the course so far. It has helped me to look at my effectiveness as an administrator and to understand some of the current issues that are impacting on schools and their staff today. The course content is interesting and relevant…setting work based objectives has already impacted on my current role. “ Debbie CEA Student

“I’ve found the course very valuable – especially the seminars. I meet people from the Coventry LEA regularly but it’s great to communicate with people from different parts of the country to hear their views and experience”   Sheree CEA student

I am thoroughly enjoying the challenge of the course. The support staff are accessible and extremely friendly. They are supporting me – a 60 year old who had to leave school at 16 and has not studied formally since then – with 21st century jargon, methods and technology and making the whole process far less intimidating than I thought it would be.

The opportunity to communicate with other school administrators has been a real eye opener and a valuable reassurance. Being on the course is already making a difference to the way I work and making me think more about what I do and why. If I can enjoy the course – so can you! Marilyn CEA Student

The online seminars have provided a valuable insight as to how the tasks I perform are approached in other schools  Sue CEA student
