Our Pledge

We believe that our courses give you the best possible preparation for your examination. We are so confident that you will pass your examination that we will give you your money back if you fail! So you have absolutely nothing to lose. Oxford Open Learning undertakes to provide a refund of all fees paid to us by the student if the student fails his or her examination, on condition that:

 

 

• The student has completed all the assignments in the course, earning a mark of at least 40% in each assignment.
  
• The student has undertaken all the examinations required and submitted coursework if required.
  
• The student provides written proof of exam failure.

A pass at 'A' level is considered to be any grade between an A and an E; at GCSE it is any grade between A* and C.
