Terms and Conditions 1. All learning material is the copyright of Oxford Open Learning and no part thereof may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying and recording, without the written permission of the copyright holder. Such written permission must be obtained (e.g. by purchasing the right to copy) before any material supplied by Oxford Open Learning is stored in a library or a retrieval system of any nature. 2. Oxford Open Learning will supply any educational institution with inspection copies of its copyright materials on request for 30 days to enable an assessment to be made as to the suitability of the material for the required purposes. 3. Oxford Open Learning will supply an educational institution with copies of its copyright material at the price effective on receipt of the order, provided that this material is assigned to an individual student, will become his/her sole property and will not be transferred to any other student nor returned to the institution or company for future use, unless the right to copy has been purchased. 4. All invoices shall be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Overseas orders and those from private institutions must be paid in advance. 5. Oxford Open Learning reserves the right to adjust prices as and when necessary. 6. All course material is accurate at the point of dispatch but may become subject to change according to syllabus requirements. Returns Policy Unwanted course materials can be returned at your own cost within 28 days, provided they are in saleable condition. We will refund your course fee minus any postage and packaging costs.
Postage and Packing Postage and Packing prices are as follows: One course £6.75, plus 75p per extra course. For orders of less than four courses a Handling Charge of £5 will be added. Delivery will be within 72 hours of receipt of order. Oxford Open Learning reserves the right to increase this charge should forces dictate. |
